- In cases where an administrative violation record is created and within the timeframe for administrative penalty handling, the person issuing the inspection decision must consider deciding on penalties for administrative violations under their authority or transfer the administrative violation dossier to the competent authority for penalty handling in accordance with the law on handling administrative violations.- In cases where the inspection results reveal signs of legal violations but there is insufficient evidence to conclude a violation, the person issuing the inspection decision shall decide within their authority or recommend that the head of the state management agency with authority conduct an inspection.
