- Appraise the compliance with the regulations in the approved scheme, project, technical design - estimate, and other related technical documents;- Appraise the compliance with the regulations on construction supervision, quality inspection of surveying and mapping products;- Appraise the handling of issues and obstacles arising during the construction process as required by the inspection unit, the Investor, and the Investment Decision Authority;- Appraise the determination of the volume of completed quality work and the level of difficulty of the work items and products. If necessary, recheck the quality, quantity, and level of difficulty based on some product samples;- Acceptance of the quantity, work items, and completed products that meet the quality requirements as per the approved scheme, project, technical design - estimate;- Acceptance of the quantity of arising work items and products (increase or decrease) compared to the scheme, project, technical design - estimate (if any);- Confirm the level of difficulty for completed work items and products.
