Guidance of Vietnam Social Security on information, communication ensuring network information security (Internet image) 

On May 21, 2024, the Social Insurance of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch 1466/BHXH-TT on information, communication ensuring network information security.

Guidance of Vietnam Social Security on information, communication ensuring network information security

(1) Communication content:

- Dissemination of information about Resolution 398-NQ/BCSD and Decision 510/QD-BHXH.

- Significance, role, and urgency of network information security in the current stage.

- Activities and achievements in implementing network information security measures in the Vietnam Social Insurance sector, contributing to the successful implementation of national digital transformation goals.

- Information and communication to enhance the awareness, roles, and responsibilities of officials and employees of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector in ensuring network information security.

- Deployment and accomplishment of tasks by the Incident Response Team of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector, ensuring timely information sharing and resolving issues in the process of ensuring network information security.

- Results of improving the regulations and guidelines of the sector regarding network information security.

- Timely information and communication to raise awareness and prevent online fraud related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and network information security.

- Replication of advanced examples and effective models in implementing network information security measures.

(2) Communication methods:

- Direct information and communication: At conferences on network information security of various levels of Social Insurance agencies or integrated information provision in agency meetings; integrated information provision at press conferences, dialogues, information sharing conferences, etc., of Social Insurance agencies.

- Online information and communication: Electronic Information Portal, social media platforms of Social Insurance agencies at various levels, Social Insurance Magazine; VssID-BHXH digital application; encouraging officials and employees to post and share articles and information about network information security measures of the sector on their personal social media accounts.

- Information and communication through the media channels of press agencies and through the public address system at grassroots level.

(3) Implementation organization:

* Communication Center

- Takes the lead in coordinating with the Information Technology Center to provide information and communication content regarding network information security measures of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector for proactive and timely implementation.

- Implements communication of the content mentioned in Section 1 of this Document on the Electronic Information Portal and social media platforms of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector; media channels of press agencies.

* Information Technology Center

- Proactively and promptly provides information and achievements related to network information security measures of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector to the Communication Center for timely and effective communication.

- Maintains information provision mentioned in Section 1 of this Document in the News section of the VssID-BHXH digital application to ensure awareness and vigilance among participants of Social Insurance and Health Insurance.

* Subordinate units

- Organize the implementation of communication activities according to the content mentioned in Sections 1 and 2 of this Document to ensure effectiveness.

- Based on assigned functions and tasks: actively provide information related to network information security measures of the sector in specific professional areas (if applicable); coordinate with the Communication Center to implement activities related to this Document.

* Social Insurance agencies of provinces and cities

- Organize the implementation of communication activities according to the content mentioned in Sections 1 and 2 of this Document to ensure effectiveness.

- Provide guidance to district and municipal Social Insurance agencies to strengthen network information security measures of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector.

- Timely grasp and inform the leadership of the sector about online fraud related to Social Insurance and Health Insurance at the local level (if any) through the Information Technology Center and the Communication Center to report to the sector's leadership and organize information dissemination and communication to the entire society.
