2. The source of funding for policies on illness, accidents, or death (if any) is ensured by the state budget and the Social Insurance Fund in accordance with legal regulations.

3. The funding for salary payments to seconded officers performing national defense and security education tasks shall be accounted for under Type 460, Items 468, Account 6000, Sub-account 6101, Sub-item 10, Sector 00 in the State Budget System applicable in the Army.

4. The funding for payments of salary-based allowances and leadership position allowances (if any) to seconded officers performing national defense and security education tasks shall be accounted for under Type 460, Items 468, Account 6100, the corresponding sub-account for each type of allowance, Sub-item 10, Sector 00 in the State Budget System applicable in the Army.
