Funding for Organizing the Award of the Titles "People's Physician" and "Excellent Physician" from Which Sources?

Decree 41/2015/ND-CP stipulates the funding for organizing the awarding of the titles "People's Physician" and "Outstanding Physician" as follows:

- The Ministry of Health is responsible for allocating funds for activities related to awarding and the activities of the Ministry-level Council and State-level Council in accordance with the law on state budget;

- Ministers, Heads of Ministerial-level agencies, Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities are responsible for allocating funds for activities related to awarding and the activities of the Ministry and provincial-level Councils in accordance with the law on state budget;

- Heads of units are responsible for allocating funds for activities related to awarding and the activities of the grassroots Council in accordance with the law on state budget.

In which, the funding for organizing the awarding of the titles "People's Physician" and "Outstanding Physician" is to perform the following activities:

- Develop and implement the selection plan of the Council;- Appraise the dossiers requesting the award;- Organize council meetings;- Announce information on the selection results of the Council in public media for public opinion;- Hold a press conference to announce the selection results of the Council;- Organize the Award Ceremony;- Print and copy documents serving the awarding;- Other activities as prescribed.
