Funding Allocated for Non-Implementation of Autonomy Policies of Vietnamese Agencies Abroad

To be specific:, the expenses from the budget allocated for not implementing self-management policies of Vietnamese agencies abroad include:

- Expenses according to current state policies, standards, and regulations, including: Living allowances for officials and their spouses; allowances and subsidies; term apparel and personal items for officials and their spouses; airfare, train fare, and luggage fees when returning home at the end of the term; health insurance purchase for officials and their spouses; procurement of transport vehicles for the operational needs of Vietnamese agencies abroad.- Expenses based on actual incurred needs, including:- Renting office premises and housing; major repairs of offices, houses, and assets according to projects approved by competent authorities.- Taxes related to land use rights, office taxes, land rent.- Insurance purchase for housing, offices, assets, and transport vehicles.- Expenses for organizing events and tasks according to approved proposals: Exhibitions, fairs, and other events (if any).- Special expenses and urgent tasks assigned by competent authorities.

The management and utilization of the budget allocated for not implementing self-management policies must strictly adhere to the tasks and budget assigned by competent authorities, following the current standards, policies, and expense norms.
