Fuel Requirements for Vehicles Serving Funeral Ceremonies

Circular 166/2018/TT-BQP was issued by the Ministry of National Defense regulating the provision of vehicles for National Funeral and State-level Funeral ceremonies.

Circular 166 stipulates regulations on fuel for vehicles serving funeral ceremonies as follows:

- Fuel provided for vehicles serving funeral ceremonies includes: Fuel for engine testing, trial runs, maintenance, minor repairs, and fuel necessary for duty execution.- The fuel provided for vehicles serving funeral ceremonies must be of sufficient quantity, correct type, and good quality in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.

According to Circular 166, the personnel and equipment serving funeral ceremonies must meet the following requirements:

- Officers, drivers, and repair technicians in the vehicle formation serving funeral ceremonies must be fully staffed, possess good moral character, a high sense of responsibility, good health, and technical expertise that meets the task's requirements.- The specialized equipment and tools provided to the Ceremonial Unit must have the capacity for maintaining, servicing, and performing minor repairs on the vehicles serving funeral ceremonies.
