Article 17 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP specifies the preparation of the recruitment dossier for Vietnamese public employees as follows:
Within 30 days from the date of receiving the recruitment result notification, the successful candidate must go to the competent authority or unit for recruitment to complete the recruitment dossier. The recruitment dossier includes:
In case the successful candidate does not complete the required recruitment dossier or engages in fraudulent actions in declaring the application form for recruitment or is found to use inappropriate diplomas, certificates, or certifications for the application process, the head of the competent authority or unit for public employee recruitment shall decide to cancel the recruitment result.
In case the applicant engages in fraudulent actions in declaring the application form for recruitment or uses inappropriate diplomas, certificates, or certifications for the application process, the competent recruitment authority or unit shall publicly announce this on the official website or portal of the authority or unit and shall not accept the application form for the next recruitment term.
