From September 18, the establishment of Ea Sin Commune and Cu San Commune in Dak Lak Province

From September 18, the establishment of Ea Sin Commune and Cu San Commune in Dak Lak Province​ (Illustrative Image)

Decree 137/2007/ND-CP adjusts the administrative boundaries to establish Ea Sin Commune under Krong Buk District and Cu San Commune under M'Drak District, Dak Lak Province as follows:

1. Establish Ea Sin Commune under Krong Buk District on the basis of adjusting 1,809 hectares of natural area and 1,649 inhabitants from Cu Pong Commune; and 4,471 hectares of natural area and 1,652 inhabitants from Cu Ne Commune.

- Ea Sin Commune has 6,280 hectares of natural area and 3,301 inhabitants.

- Administrative boundaries of Ea Sin Commune: East borders Cu Ne Commune; West borders Ea Nam Commune, Ea H'Leo District; Ea Kiet Commune, Cu M'Gar District; South borders Cu Pong Commune; North borders Ea Nam Commune, Ea H'Leo District.

After adjusting the administrative boundaries: Cu Pong Commune remains with 7,463 hectares of natural area and 10,657 inhabitants. Cu Ne Commune remains with 7,219 hectares of natural area and 9,690 inhabitants. Krong Buk District has 64,034 hectares of natural area and 154,603 inhabitants, consisting of 15 administrative units, including the communes: Doan Ket, Ea Drong, Cu Ne, Cu Bao, Binh Thuan, Thong Nhat, Cu Pong, Ea Blang, Ea Sien, Pong Drang, Chu Kbo, Ea Ngai, Ea De, Ea Sin and commune-level town Buon Ho.

2. Establish Cu San Commune under M'Drak District on the basis of adjusting 20,857 hectares of natural area and 4,466 inhabitants from Ea Trang Commune.

- Cu San Commune has 20,857 hectares of natural area and 4,466 inhabitants.

- Administrative boundaries of Cu San Commune: East borders Ea Trang Commune, M'Drak District; Ninh Tay Commune, Ninh Hoa District and Khanh Binh Commune, Khanh Vinh District, Khanh Hoa Province; West borders Cu Pui Commune, Cu Dram Commune, Krong Bong District; Cu Yang Commune, Ea Kar District; South borders Khanh Hiep Commune, Khanh Trung Commune, Khanh Vinh District, Khanh Hoa Province; North borders Krong A Commune, Ea Trang Commune, M'Drak District; Cu Yang Commune, Ea Kar District.

After adjusting the administrative boundaries: Ea Trang Commune remains with 26,093 hectares of natural area and 4,271 inhabitants. M'Drak District has 133,628 hectares of natural area and 59,946 inhabitants, consisting of 13 administrative units, including the communes: Ea Pil, Cu M'Ta, Krong A, Cu KRoa, Ea H'Mlay, Ea M'doan, Ea Rieng, Ea Trang, Krong Jing, Ea Lai, Cu Prao, Cu San and commune-level town M'DRak.
