From October 26: Wholesale Electricity Price at the Market is 2,200 VND/kWh

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade signed Decision No. 4006/QD-BCT stipulating the wholesale electricity prices for units selling electricity at markets.

The Ministry decides the wholesale electricity price for retail electricity units at the market is 2,200 VND/kWh.

- This price does not include value-added tax.

- The above electricity price is officially applied from October 26, 2018.

The Ministry requires the Chief of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority, the General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and the relevant organizations and individuals to be responsible for implementing the above regulation.
