From November 20, 2020, the code for the rank III college lecturer in pedagogy in Vietnam is V.07.08.22​ (Illustration)

In Article 2 of Circular 35/2020/TT-BGDDT, the codes and ranking for the professional titles of public employee teaching in pedagogical colleges in Vietnam are specified as follows:

- Senior pedagogical college lecturer (rank I) - Code: V.07.08.20

- Main pedagogical college lecturer (rank II) - Code: V.07.08.21

- Pedagogical college lecturer (rank III) - Code: V.07.08.22

Additionally, in Article 3 of Circular 35/2020/TT-BGDDT, the standards of professional ethics for public employees teaching in pedagogical colleges in Vietnam are also stipulated as follows:

- Devotion to the profession, maintaining the qualities, reputation, and honor of educators; having a spirit of solidarity, respect, and cooperation with colleagues in life and work; possessing compassion, tolerance, generosity, and treating students and learners (hereinafter referred to as learners) empathetically; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of learners, colleagues, and the community.

- Dedication to work; adhering to the rules, regulations, and internal policies of the educational institution and the legal provisions of the sector.

- Fairness in teaching and education, accurately evaluating learners' capabilities; practicing thrift, combating achievement-seeking, corruption, and waste.

- Other professional ethics standards as prescribed by law.
