From January 01, 2019, what specifications are applied to the fisheries surveillance hat?

Article 10 of Circular 20/2018/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates the standards for fisheries inspection hats as follows:

1. Kepi Hat: Dark grey in color, designed with a baseball-style peak seamlessly connected to the hat body, with 2/3 of the rear folded up along the hat body and 1/3 of the front peak left to shape; the hat crown is oval-shaped; the hat features a curved brim, with the front of the hat, the hat bridge, and the hat crown made of the same fabric; the bridge of the hat is embroidered with capital letters: “KIEM NGU VIET NAM” in yellow, with a height of 12 mm; the peak of the hat is made of hard plastic, covered in shiny black leather, with a yellow pine branch attached to the front edge of the peak (the branch for the leadership level is larger than that for the staff) and a decorative cord braided in light yellow, fixed by two gold-colored metal pins with embossed stars on both sides of the hat bridge.

2. Dress Uniform Hat: White in color, with specifications similar to the kepi hat.

3. Female Soft Hat: Dark grey in color, made of fabric, with a seamless brim that turns up around the ears and nape. Standing wall with golden cord embroidering both ends attached to brass buttons. Both sides of the hat have 2 ventilation holes, and in the front center of the hat there is one ventilation hole to attach the fisheries inspection insignia.

4. Male Soft Hat: Dark grey in color, made of fabric, with a front hat tip featuring 3 flat sides, a smooth-seamed hat crown, and two side ventilation holes; shape-forming, with an adjustable plastic buckle at the back for convenience during use.

5. Impact-resistant Hat: Grey in color, a type of helmet that covers the head, nape, and ears, with a windshield in front, and with the fisheries inspection insignia attached to the front and the symbol printed on both sides. The hat base is made of plastic, with an inner layer of shock-absorbing foam, foam padding for both ear sides, and a fixed chin strap.
