The hiring of valuation enterprises and experienced advisory organizations or individuals is conducted in necessary cases as decided by the Asset Valuation Council.

Notably, in the case of conducting urgent asset valuation for cases as required by competent procedural bodies, the asset valuation bidding packages, the bidding packages for hiring organizations or individuals experienced in advising on the assessment of economic-technical status and other contents serving asset valuation will apply the special contractor selection method as prescribed by the Law on Bidding and the Decision of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam;
