From August 1, 2020, what are the duties of a Grade II aviation port authority officer?

According to Clause 1 Article 5 Circular 11/2020/TT-BGTVT, an Aviation Authority Officer Class II - Code: V.12.01.02 has the following duties:

- Lead or participate in the execution of specialized tasks within the scope of management of the aviation authority as stipulated by law;- Participate in research, propose guidelines, policies, orientations, development plans, and the application of science and technology within the scope of the aviation authority's duties;- Lead or participate in organizing the drafting, construction of professional instructional materials related to the assigned tasks; lead the organization of thematic training, professional development, or dissemination of knowledge and experience within the assigned tasks;- Lead or participate in researching, constructing regulations, and management rules and procedures in the civil aviation sector in the assigned field;- Directly execute, command, monitor, and manage the professional activities of the assigned field; prepare reports, statistics, manage archival records, and implement procedural operations;- Organize, guide, supervise, and inspect the implementation of aviation laws at airports within the functions and duties of the aviation authority as stipulated by law;- Advise and propose measures to enhance inspection and supervision capabilities, and propose improvements to management mechanisms and policies in the assigned field;- Lead research projects and management proposals to improve the efficiency of management in the assigned field;- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
