- Wireless broadcasting stations will be newly licensed to operate in the 54-68 MHz band;- No new investments or new licenses will be issued for wireless broadcasting stations in the 87-108 MHz band;- Wireless broadcasting stations that have been licensed in the 87-108 MHz band must not cause interference and will not be protected from harmful interference by FM broadcasting stations of Voice of Vietnam, Provincial and City Radio and Television Stations under Central Government, and district-level radio stations in the 87-108 MHz frequency range and other radio communication systems; in the event of causing harmful interference to FM broadcasting stations of Voice of Vietnam, Provincial and City Radio and Television Stations under Central Government, and district-level radio stations in the 87-108 MHz frequency range and other radio communication systems, the wireless broadcasting station must immediately apply technical measures to eliminate the harmful interference; if the harmful interference cannot be eliminated, the station must cease operation.
