Article 7 of Circular 25/2020/TT-BCT stipulates that before April 30 each year, the facility must develop a plan for year N and report the implementation plan for year N-1 on energy efficiency of the facility, and register it with the local Department of Industry and Trade of Vietnam on the electronic information page http://dataenergy.vn.

The plan for year N and the report on the implementation plan for year N-1 on energy efficiency of the facility shall include the contents specified in Form 1.2 to Form 1.8, Appendix I issued with this Circular. The facility shall select one of the appropriate Forms according to their sector of activity to develop the plan for year N and report the implementation plan for year N-1.

Regarding the development and registration of the plan for year N and the report on the implementation plan for year N-1 on energy efficiency of the facility, the following procedures should be followed:

- The facility accesses the electronic information page http://dataenergy.vn, enters data according to the steps and instructions on the electronic information page;

- In case the facility receives feedback from the Department of Industry and Trade of Vietnam requesting additions or adjustments, the facility must add, adjust, and update the plan and the report on the implementation plan on the electronic information page;

Note: The facility is responsible for fully implementing the annual plan on energy efficiency after registration.
