- K_hct is the adjustment factor for the number of administrative units, calculated by interpolation method.

- K_đht is the difficulty level coefficient of the terrain, calculated by the weighted average method.

- M_lm is the level of (manpower, tools, equipment, materials) for soil sampling investigation of the province = norm/01 soil sample x the number of soil samples of the province.

- M_pt is the level of soil sample analysis = norm/soil sample x the number of soil samples analyzed by the province.
