Forms of Registration for the Circulation of Bactericidal Products

According to the provisions of Decree 91/2016/ND-CP, the registration for circulation of insecticidal and antibacterial products shall be carried out in the following forms:

- New circulation registration applies to the following cases:- Newly produced products in the country, except for products manufactured solely for export;- Products that have been approved for use abroad but are being imported for the first time for use in Vietnam;- Products that have been granted a circulation registration number but did not apply for an extension of the registration number within the period specified in Clause 2, Article 24 of Decree 91/2016/ND-CP.- Additional circulation registration applies to cases where the product has been granted a valid circulation registration number in Vietnam but has one of the following changes:- Change in the ownership of the circulation registration number;- Change in the trade name of the product;- Change in the location of the production facility, change of the production facility;- Change in the name, contact address of the registrant, the name of the production facility, the address of the production location;- Change in the effect, quality criteria, methods of use of the product.- Extension registration of the circulation registration number applies to products that have been granted a circulation registration number but are due for renewal according to Clause 2, Article 24 of Decree 91/2016/ND-CP.- Reissuance registration of the Circulation Registration Certificate applies to cases where the Circulation Registration Certificate is lost or damaged.

Refer to the relevant regulations at Decree 91/2016/ND-CP effective from July 1, 2016.
