Circular 28/2018/TT-BGTVT has been issued by the Ministry of Transport, stipulating the provision of information to support guard services at the intersections of roads and railways. This document takes effect from July 1, 2018.

- Guard support information must be provided directly or via guard phone by organizations or individuals stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 7 of Circular 28, ensuring prompt accuracy and must be confirmed and recorded in the train schedule book by the organization or individual assigned the guard duty.- When there is a guard house at the required guard position, guard equipment is installed at the guard house.- When there is no guard house at the required guard position, guard equipment is placed at a location designated by the organization assigned to guard.- In all cases, the position for placing guard equipment must ensure convenience for installation, equipment safety, and ease for the guard to receive information.
