Fine up to 1 million VND if wife insults, scolds, curses husband

With this regulation, wives who frequently scold or curse their husbands need to be careful. Insulting or cursing a husband not only affects family happiness but also results in financial penalties.

Thus, not only will wives who violate this be fined, but husbands who violate this will also be similarly fined. Parents who scold and berate their children are also subject to fines; the regulation does not exclude any family member.
