File on Quality and Quantity Inspection of the Project

At the end of 2016, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment signed and promulgated Circular 49/2016/TT-BTNMT stipulating the work of supervision, inspection, appraisal, and acceptance of works and products in the field of land management.

The quality and quantity inspection dossier for projects and products in land management by the implementing unit shall include the following documents:

- Technical summary report of the implementing unit;- Quality and quantity inspection report of the project, product by the implementing unit;- Report on issues arising, technological obstacles, economic-technical norms, quantities, and other issues compared to the program, proposal, project, technical design-estimate, task approved by a competent state authority and written approval for arising issues, resolution of obstacles by the competent authority during project implementation.- Product quality inspection minutes attached with the inspection opinion form;
