File on Processing Policies for Overseas Individuals with Meritorious Service to the Revolution

Regulations on the dossier to address policies for individuals with meritorious services to the revolution residing abroad are as follows:

Subjects specified in Clause 1 Article 2 of Decree 102/2018/ND-CP, such dossier includes:

- 01 declaration of the subject according to Form No. 1A (original) or the declaration of the subject's relative (for deceased subjects) according to Form No. 1B (original): in Appendix I of Decree 102.- Original documents or related papers (original or copy from the original book or copy attached with the original for comparison or certified copy by the competent authority of Vietnam at home or abroad) proving that the subject is a person with meritorious services to the revolution or relative of a martyr who has received monthly allowance but stopped receiving policies.- Copy of passport or documents proving the identity of the subject.

For deceased subjects, additionally include the following documents: Death certificate or documents proving that the subject has passed away (original or copy attached with the original for comparison or certified copy by the Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts of Vietnam abroad).

Subjects specified at Point d Clause 1 Article 4 of Decree 102, dossier includes:

- 01 declaration of the subject's relative according to Form No. 1C (original) in Appendix II issued with this Decree;- Decision on the receipt of support policies as stipulated at Point a Clause 1 Article 4 of this Decree (certified copy by the Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts of Vietnam abroad).

Subjects specified in Clauses 2, 3, and 4 Article 2 of Decree 102, such dossier includes:

- 01 declaration of the subject according to Form No. 2A (original) or the declaration of the subject's relative (for the deceased subjects or domestic relatives authorized by the subject) according to Form No. 2B (original): in Appendix II of Decree 102.- Original documents or related papers (original or copy from the original book or copy attached with the original for comparison or certified copy by the competent authority of Vietnam at home or abroad) proving participation in the resistance war, national defense, international duty, or labor during the fire line.- In case the domestic relative is authorized to make dossiers, receive policies, an additional authorization letter of the subject (original) with certification by the Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts of Vietnam abroad.

For deceased subjects, additionally include the following documents: Death certificate or documents proving that the subject has passed away (original or copy attached with the original for comparison or certified copy by the Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts of Vietnam abroad).
