File on Payment of Expenses for Appraisal by the Judicial Authority

Circular 215/2015/TT-BTC guiding the formulation, execution, and settlement of state budget funds to ensure activities of solicitation of expertise, valuation, summoning witnesses, and interpreters of proceedings-conducting agencies, issued by the Ministry of Finance on December 31, 2015, has detailed regulations on the payment and settlement documentation for expenses on expertise activities, costs for witnesses, and interpreters.

According to the provisions of Circular 215/2015/TT-BTC, the dossiers for payment and settlement of expenses for appraisal, valuation, and costs for witnesses and interpreters of the procedural authorities include:

Appraisal Costs:

- Written request for appraisal;- Contract, contract liquidation, invoice, and payment receipt from the appraisal agency.

Valuation Costs:

- Written request for valuation;- Contract, contract liquidation, invoice, and payment receipt from the valuation organization.

Costs for Witnesses and Interpreters:

- Invitation letter or summons for witnesses and interpreters;- Detailed list of expenses for witnesses and interpreters accompanied by related invoices and documents (train/bus tickets, hotel receipts, etc.).- Receipt of payment between the representative of the procedural authorities and the witnesses or interpreters.
