File on Mitigation of Natural Disaster Consequences and Ensuring Transportation Phase 1

Remedying the consequences of natural disasters and ensuring traffic in Phase 1 involves the repair and restoration of roadwork infrastructure immediately after the natural disaster has weakened or weather conditions have returned to normal.

The documentation for remedying the consequences of natural disasters and ensuring traffic in Phase 1 includes:

- The proposal of the Agency preparing the Documentation;- The explanation of the plan to remedy the consequences of natural disasters;- The communications, mobilization orders, and directive documents from competent authorities related to remedying the consequences of natural disasters concerning the damages and destructions presented in the Documentation;- Initial report from the Agency preparing the Documentation and other relevant agencies or units regarding the damage caused by natural disasters, accompanied by photographs;- The record of confirmation of the completed volume with a detailed inventory;- As-built drawings;- The cost estimate for the work of remedying the consequences of natural disasters and ensuring traffic in Phase 1 has been completed, accompanied by detailed explanatory calculations;- The damage verification record made on-site with the Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command Board of the district level or the People's Committee of the district where the damage occurred;- Technical construction drawings showing the volume and structure of temporary works.
