Circular 289/2016/TT-BTC has been signed and promulgated by the Ministry of Finance (Hanoi, Vietnam), stipulating the fees, collection policies, submission, management, and use of fees and charges in the field of cinematography.
The fees for appraisal and classification of films depend on the length of the film. The fees are regulated by Circular 289/2016/TT-BTC as follows:

b.1 | Length up to 60 minutes: | 2,200,000 VND |
b.2 | Length from 61 minutes and above charged as feature films | |

b.2 | Length from 61 minutes and above charged as feature films |
Note: The fees stated above are for the initial appraisal. In cases where the film script and film have many complicated issues requiring revisions for reappraisal, subsequent fees will be charged at 50% of the corresponding above-mentioned fees.
