The Ministry of Justice has issued Decision No. 1024/QD-BTP stipulating the announcement of amended administrative procedures in the field of authentication under the management functions of the Ministry of Justice. Notably, there are changes regarding the fees for executing authentication procedures and the implementation process.

Fees for procedures to authenticate copies from original documents:

- At the Justice Office, People's Committee of the commune level: 2,000 VND/page; from the third page onwards charge 1,000 VND/page, with a maximum fee of 200,000 VND/document;- At representing agencies: 10 USD/document;- At notarization practice organizations: 2,000 VND/page for the first and second pages; from the third page onwards charge 1,000 VND/page with a maximum fee not exceeding 200,000 VND/document.

Fees for procedures to authenticate signatures on documents:

- At the Justice Office and People's Committee of the commune level: 10,000 VND/case (a case is defined as one or multiple signatures on a document);- At representing agencies: 10 USD/document;- At notarization practice organizations: Fee for signature authentication on documents: 10,000 VND/case.

Fees for procedures to authenticate the modification, supplementation, cancellation of contracts and transactions: 30,000 VND/contract, transaction.

Fees for procedures to correct errors in contracts and transactions: 25,000 VND/contract, transaction.

Fees for procedures to issue authenticated copies from the original authenticated contracts and transactions: 2,000 VND/page; from the third page onwards charge 1,000 VND/page, with a maximum fee of 200,000 VND/document.
