Fee for registration of transactions secured by land use rights in HCMC, Vietnam

Contents of regulations in Resolution 01/2023/NQ-HDND on fees for registration of secured transactions (for registration activities performed by local agencies) with land use rights and assets attached to land in Ho Chi Minh City.

(1) In case of registering a written notice of disposal of secured assets: 70,000 VND/case.

(2) In case of a mortgage or change of mortgage content with land use rights, assets attached to land, or mortgages of assets attached to land formed in the future, delete the registration of mortgages on land use rights, assets attached to land, or mortgages on assets attached to land formed in the future:

To declare, collect, pay, and finalize fees in Vietnam

- Agencies, organizations, and individuals requesting implementation by a competent state agency must pay the fee within 01 working day from the date of receiving notice from the registration agency about the fee payable;

- Fees are paid into the fee account awaiting budget payment from the fee collection organization opened at the State Treasury;

- No later than the 5th of every month, the fee collection organization must deposit the fee amount collected from the previous month into the fee account awaiting budget payment opened at the State Treasury;

- The fee collection organization shall declare and pay the fee amount collected monthly and finalize it annually according to the provisions of Law on Tax Administration 2019, Decree 126/2020/ND-CP.
