Expulsion from the Communist Party for Direct Involvement in 11 Violations of Spousal Policies

According to Regulation 102/QD-TW, there are 11 violations regarding marriage and family that, regardless of the consequences or severity, will result in the immediate expulsion of a Communist Party member from the Party.

To be specific, based on Clause 3, Article 24, Clause 3, Article 25, Clause 3, Article 27, and Clause 3, Article 32 of Regulation 102/QD-TW, the list of 11 violations includes:

- Violating regulations on marriage prohibition, violating policies on monogamous marriage;- Forcing wife (or husband) or children to do immoral or unlawful acts that do not amount to criminal liability;- Refusing to perform or failing to perform the obligation to support parents, the obligation to support children after divorce as prescribed by law;- Intentionally marrying a foreigner or a Vietnamese residing abroad who does not meet the marriage conditions prescribed by Vietnamese law;- Marrying a foreigner or a Vietnamese residing abroad, knowing that person commits serious crimes, has attitudes or activities against the Communist Party or the State;- Marrying a foreigner or a Vietnamese residing abroad without reporting in writing to the cell party about the person's background, or has reported but the competent party organization has not agreed but still intentionally performs;- Intentionally concealing from the Communist Party organization; forcing children to marry foreigners, Vietnamese residing abroad contrary to the regulations of the Communist Party and the State laws;- Cheating in giving birth children or adopting a child, where in fact, the child is biological to intentionally have more children than stipulated;- Having a fifth child or more;- Retaliating, oppressing the person who discovers, reports, or prevents acts of domestic violence;- Mistreating, abusing, beating, or committing other acts that harm the health and life; insulting, offending the honor and dignity; isolating, expelling, or causing constant psychological pressure on family members or those who have contributed to raising oneself.
