- Water resource management units responsible for managing, operating, and protecting water resource projects within the district shall submit their reports to the District Finance Planning Department and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.- Water resource management units responsible for managing, operating, and protecting water resource projects within the province or centrally governed city shall submit their reports to the Provincial Finance Department and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.- Water resource management units responsible for managing, operating, and protecting centrally governed water resource projects: The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will compile and submit reports to the Ministry of Finance.
