Expenses of Lottery Enterprises in the Prevention and Combat of Illegal Betting and Counterfeit Lottery Tickets

support costs for the work of combating the illegal lottery and producing fake lottery tickets are implemented as follows:

Expenditure Principles:

- Direct support for the Police Department and related agencies at the local level or in the area of business operations to conduct investigation, detection, and handling of cases involving illegal lotteries and fake lottery tickets.- Suitable with the financial capability of the lottery business enterprise.- All expenditures must have legal and valid invoices and documents in accordance with legal regulations.- The basis for expenses includes copies of judgments from the People's Court, decisions to prosecute cases, decisions on administrative penalties, and receipts for fine payments.- The Police Department and relevant agencies are responsible for distributing the support money to units and individuals with recognized achievements in a public and transparent manner, depending on the complexity of the case, the number of participants, and the time taken to investigate the case.

The Ministry of Finance will specifically stipulate the support levels for the work of combating illegal lotteries and producing fake lottery tickets outlined in this section from time to time.

Based on actual conditions and the support levels specified in this section, the lottery business enterprise shall submit to the representative agency of the owner for approval of detailed support contents and levels, ensuring that the support expenses are directed to the correct subjects and adhere to stipulated rates.
