- Expenditures for initiating the Campaign and emulation movements to implement the contents of the Campaign.- Expenditures for communication work, constructing specific pages and sections, and publishing activities and contents related to the Campaign.- Expenditures for guiding, directing, inspecting, supervising, and urging the implementation of the Campaign.- Expenditures for surveys, training, workshops, constructing thematic projects, and organizing domestic and international study exchanges.- Expenditures for building and expanding advanced models and examples implementing the Campaign.- Expenditures for annual reviews and periodic reviews every 5 years.- Expenditures for rewarding collectives, individuals, and families with outstanding achievements in the Campaign.- Expenditures for office supplies, printing documents, and other expenses serving the Campaign.
