Expenditure Levels and Authority to Determine Expenditure Levels in the People's Inspection Committee

Circular 63 stipulates the expenditure levels to ensure the operational activities of the People's Inspection Boards, including:

- Expenditures for organizing meetings, conferences; official duty allowances

Circular 63 has provided specific guidance on some expenditure levels as follows: Allowances for reporters in meetings; remuneration for members of the People's Inspection Board directly involved in inspection work according to the approved work plan or in cooperation with state inspection organizations during inspections at localities, units: The expenditure level is 100,000 VND/person/day.

- Expenditures for purchasing office supplies, telephone charges, postage, and other expenses: Based on actual arising, according to actual invoices, and within the operational budget assigned to the People's Inspection Board, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

At the same time, Circular 63 also stipulates the authority to decide specific expenditure levels as follows:

- For the People's Inspection Board at the commune level: Within the scope of the budget supported for the Commune-level People's Inspection Board, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee will review and approve the appropriate expenditure levels, ensuring cost-effectiveness.- For the People's Inspection Board in state agencies, public service providers, and state-owned enterprises: The heads of agencies, units will review and decide on appropriate expenditure levels based on the financial capability of the agency, unit, and the regulations in the internal expenditure regulations of the agency, unit.
