Evaluation Criteria for Contents on Marine and Island Environmental Pollution Control

To be specific, each content for evaluating the results of marine and island environmental pollution control will have different scoring scales, specifically:

- Leadership, direction, and administration in marine and island environmental pollution control: maximum score is 08 points;- Review and systematization; monitoring and inspecting the implementation of legal documents on marine and island environmental pollution control: maximum score is 08 points;- Investigation, statistics, classification, and assessment of pollution sources from land, activities at sea, and islands; the status of marine and island environmental pollution: maximum score is 12 points;- Periodic monitoring and evaluation of the current status of water quality, sediments, and biodiversity in marine and island areas: maximum score is 12 points;- Prevention, detection, handling, and mitigation of pollution and degradation of the environment and ecosystems of marine and islands; improvement and restoration of polluted and degraded marine and island ecosystems: maximum score is 30 points;- Response and remediation of marine environmental incidents: maximum score is 12 points;- Propaganda, dissemination, and education to raise awareness of the law on marine and island environmental protection: maximum score is 08 points;- Inspection and examination of the compliance with the law on marine resources and environment, handling of complaints and denunciations: maximum score is 10 points.
