Establishment of the List of Residential Locations in An Giang Province

Accordingly, Circular 17 stipulates the list of residential, topographic, and hydrographic names, as well as socio-economic entities to serve the mapping of An Giang province, arranged in alphabetical order of the district-level administrative units, including: city, district-level town, and districts. Specifically:

- The "Geographical Names" column lists names that have been standardized;- The "Object Group" column denotes symbols for the groups of names, wherein: DC represents the residential names group; SV represents the topographic names group; TV represents the hydrographic names group; KX represents the socio-economic names group;- The "Commune-level Administrative Unit Name" column includes the name of the commune-level administrative unit, wherein: "P." is the abbreviation for "ward"; "TT." is the abbreviation for "commune-level town";- The "District-level Administrative Unit Name" column includes the name of the district-level administrative unit, wherein: "TP." is the abbreviation for "city"; "H." is the abbreviation for "district"; "TX." is the abbreviation for "district-level town";- The "Relative Position Coordinates of Object" column lists the relative position coordinates of the geographical object corresponding to the name in the "Geographical Names" column; if the geographical object is depicted as a point or region symbol on the map, the coordinate value corresponds to the "Central Coordinate" column; if the geographical object is depicted as a line symbol on the map, the coordinate value corresponds to the "Start Coordinate" and "End Coordinate" columns;- The "Topographic Map Sheet Number" column indicates the 1:25,000 scale topographic map sheet containing the standardized name in the "Geographical Names" column.
