The procedures for compiling and publishing the list of persons and organizations for judicial expertise per case handling are stipulated as follows:

- Annually, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Science and Technology shall select and compile a list of persons for judicial expertise per case handling, and organizations for judicial expertise per case handling, to be sent to the Legal Department before October 20 each year. The list will be consolidated and submitted to the Leadership of the Ministry of Science and Technology for the decision to publish the list of persons and organizations for judicial expertise per case handling under the Ministry’s jurisdiction.

The Legal Department sends the list accompanied by information on the persons and organizations for judicial expertise per case handling to the Information Technology Center to be posted on the Ministry's electronic information portal as regulated at Articles 23 and 24 of Decree 85/2013/ND-CP dated July 29, 2013, of the Government of Vietnam, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on judicial expertise, concurrently submitted to the Ministry of Justice for creating a comprehensive list;

- For persons and organizations for judicial expertise per case handling under the jurisdiction of the provincial Department of Science and Technology, annually, the Department of Science and Technology is responsible for compiling and sending the list accompanied by information to be posted on the provincial People's Committee's electronic information portal as regulated at Articles 23 and 24 of Decree 85/2013/ND-CP dated July 29, 2013, of the Government of Vietnam, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on judicial expertise, concurrently submitted to the Ministry of Justice for creating a comprehensive list.
