According to the Regulation on the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduation at the intermediate and college levels in the field of pharmaceutical testing techniques, issued attached to Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum skills that learners must achieve upon graduating from the college level in pharmaceutical testing techniques are as follows:
- Properly sample, preserve, and store testing samples according to procedures;
- Ensure conditions for drug testing work;
- Prepare certain standard solutions, stock solutions, and reagents;
- Test chemicals, materials, and raw materials used for production;
- Operate drug testing equipment according to procedures;
- Perform regular and periodic maintenance of drug testing equipment;
- Follow drug, cosmetic, and food testing procedures;
- Accurately analyze and record test results;
- Carry out environmental testing procedures for production and waste;
- Ensure occupational safety;
- Manage, return, and store test results appropriately;
- Utilize basic information technology as prescribed; exploit, process, and apply information technology in specialized work;
- Use basic foreign language skills, equivalent to level 2/6 of the Vietnamese language competency framework; apply foreign language skills to specialized work.
