Enterprises must maintain conditions for obtaining airport exploitation certificates (Illustration)

Circular 85/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulates in the work of handling violations in aviation transportation activities, airport enterprises have the following responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the security, safety, and service quality at the airport, ensuring compliance with standards and conditions as prescribed.

2. Maintain the conditions for obtaining the Airport Exploitation Certificate; Airport Business License as prescribed.

3. Implement regulations on aviation service pricing.

4. Implement recommendations from lawful state management authorities related to airport management and exploitation activities.

5. Implement regulations on statistics, reporting, and storage.

6. Resolve complaints related to the activities of the enterprise.

7. Implement disciplinary measures for individuals within the organization following the law and organizational regulations.

Additionally, the Circular also stipulates the responsibilities of the heads and legal representatives of organizations involved in aviation transportation activities as follows:

- Organize transportation activities in conformity with signed contracts and legal provisions.

- Be responsible before the law and competent state agencies for the implementation of corresponding responsibilities stated in Articles 5, 6, 7, and 8 of this Circular.

- Organize reviews of responsibilities and handle violations as prescribed for individuals within the organization.
