To be specific, Article 9 of Circular 07/2020/TT-BTTTT clearly states that organizations and enterprises must pay the inspection fee to the inspection organization within fifteen (15) days from the date of the inspection organization’s fee notification. In the event that organizations and enterprises do not pay the inspection fee on time, the inspection organization has the right to refuse the inspection and notify the organizations and enterprises in writing.

In this context, the inspection fee for telecommunications equipment and radio stations listed in the "List of Telecommunications Equipment and Radio Stations Required for Inspection" is implemented according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance. If the inspection is performed voluntarily by organizations and enterprises for telecommunications equipment and radio stations not included in the "List of Telecommunications Equipment and Radio Stations Required for Inspection," the inspection fee shall be agreed upon between the inspection organization and the organizations and enterprises.

Additionally, telecommunications equipment and radio stations after being granted an Inspection Certificate must be monitored as follows:

- The inspection organization is responsible for monitoring and cooperating with state regulatory agencies to monitor telecommunications equipment and radio stations that have been issued Inspection Certificates when put into operation and use.

- The inspection organization is responsible for notifying state regulatory agencies when it detects that telecommunications equipment and radio stations that have been issued Inspection Certificates no longer comply with national technical standards.

The Circular clearly states that monitoring telecommunications equipment and radio stations after being issued an Inspection Certificate (hereinafter referred to as monitoring) involves reviewing and comparing actual telecommunications equipment and radio stations with the inspection dossier and measurement in cases where the telecommunications equipment and radio stations are likely to cause unsafe electromagnetic field exposure.
