Energy Consumption Norms in Paper Production in Vietnam

On November 23, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Circular 24/2017/TT-BCT stipulating energy consumption norms in paper production.

According to Circular 24, depending on each stage, there will be different energy consumption norms. To be specific:
