10 legal documents in the field of planning - architecture, urban development issued by the Minister of Construction, which were jointly abolished entirely according to the provisions of Appendix 1 attached to Circular 01/2019/TT-BXD, specifically as follows:

- Joint Circular 02/2002/TTLT-BXD-TCCBCP dated March 8, 2002, by the Ministry of Construction and the Government Officials Committee providing guidance on urban classification and urban management level.- Circular 08/2008/TT-BXD dated April 10, 2008, by the Minister of Construction guiding the organization and activities of the Planning Architecture Council of provinces and cities.- Circular 15/2008/TT-BXD dated June 17, 2008, by the Minister of Construction guiding the assessment and recognition of new model urban areas.- Circular 26/2009/TT-BXD dated July 29, 2009, by the Minister of Construction amending and supplementing Articles 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 of the Regulation on Architectural Management around the National Convention Center issued with Decision 12/2007/QD-BXD dated March 23, 2007, of the Ministry of Construction.- Joint Circular 30/2009/TTLT-BXD-BKHDT dated August 27, 2009, by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Planning and Investment detailing some points of Resolution 33/2008/NQ-CP dated December 31, 2008, of the Government on piloting a number of administrative procedures in investment and construction for new urban area projects, residential area projects, and industrial park infrastructure projects.- Circular 34/2009/TT-BXD dated September 30, 2009, by the Minister of Construction detailing some contents of Decree 42/2009/ND-CP dated May 7, 2009, of the Government on urban classification.- Circular 01/2011/TT-BXD dated January 27, 2011, by the Minister of Construction guiding the strategic environmental assessment in construction planning projects and urban planning.- Circular 05/2011/TT-BXD dated June 9, 2011, by the Minister of Construction regulating the inspection, appraisal, and acceptance of topographical survey work for construction planning and design.- Decision 30/2006/QD-BXD dated September 14, 2006, by the Ministry of Construction issuing regulations on the disclosure of administrative procedures and the conduct of officials in the fields of appraisal, and approval of detailed construction planning; providing planning information and construction planning certificates.- Decision 12/2007/QD-BXD dated March 23, 2007, of the Ministry of Construction on issuing the Regulation on Architectural Management around the National Convention Center.
