Duties of Key Managers in Early Childhood Educational Institutions

On October 08, 2018, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT specifying the duties of key management officers in preschool education institutions.

Accordingly, Circular 25 stipulates that key preschool education institution managers must perform the following tasks:

- Support preschool education institution managers in the locality in developing leadership and school governance capacities according to the principal standards, in alignment with the local socio-economic development conditions and the requirements for innovation in early childhood education;- Support and advise preschool education institution managers in the locality to develop self-learning and self-development plans for school governance capacity in accordance with the principal standards;- Coordinate with local education management agencies and training institutions in the compilation of materials and resources; organize the training of teachers and preschool education institution managers in the locality;- Guide and support teachers and preschool education institution managers in participating in and implementing online training courses for teachers over the Internet.
