To guide the implementation of multimodal transport as regulated by the Government of Vietnam.
To organize the granting of civil aviation operation licenses; to direct and inspect the implementation of regulations on coordinating the management of civil aviation operations.
To detail the management of activities at airports, seaports, ports, inland wharfs, railway stations, railway, and inland waterway traffic routes, and maritime.
