- Minutes on administrative violations for actions violating the provisions at Points a, b, d, and e Clause 1 Article 64 of the Land Law;- Working minutes to identify violations as stipulated in Points c, d, g, h, and i Clause 1 Article 64 of the Land Law;- Land use right certificate or house ownership and residential land use right certificate or land use right, house ownership, and other property attached to the land certificate, or papers on land use rights as stipulated in Article 100 of the Land Law and Article 18 of Decree 43/2014/ND-CP (if any);- On-site verification report by the natural resources and environment agency (if any);- Extract cadastral map or parcel map extract;- Proposal letter with the draft decision on land recovery.
