Dossier on the Resolution of Maternity Benefits in the Ministry of National Defense

This is a notable provision specified in Circular 181/2016/TT-BQP guiding the dossiers, procedures, and responsibilities for resolving the entitlement to social insurance benefits within the Ministry of National Defense.

Depending on each specific case, the dossier for resolving maternity policies will differ, specifically:

- For female employees who are currently paying social insurance and giving birth or for husbands, caregivers in case the mother dies or the child dies after birth or the mother encounters risks after birth and is no longer able to take care of the child, the dossier includes:- A copy of the child's birth certificate or a copy of the child's birth record, except in the case where the child dies and has not yet been issued a birth record;- In the case where the child dies, the dossier includes: A copy of the child's death certificate or an extract of the child's death record or a copy of the medical record or the hospital discharge paper of the mother in the case where the child dies after birth and has not yet been issued a birth record;- In the case where the mother dies, the dossier includes: A copy of the mother's death certificate or an extract of the mother's death record;- In the case where the female employee must take leave to care for her pregnancy, the dossier includes: A certification from a competent healthcare facility about the female employee having to take leave to care for her pregnancy;- In the case where the mother after giving birth is no longer able to take care of the child, the dossier includes: A certification from a competent healthcare facility about the mother's health condition after giving birth and being unable to take care of the child.- For employees who are working and adopting a child under 06 months old, the dossier is the adoption certificate.- ...
