Dossier for Reviewing Monthly Allowance Policies for Former Southern Youth Volunteers

The monthly allowance regime is one of the policies that Southern base youth volunteers are entitled to.

To be eligible for monthly allowance policies, TNXP must prepare the necessary documentation for consideration, specifically:

- A declaration by the subject according to Form No. 4 in the Appendix issued together with Decree 112;- One of the documents proving that the person was a Youth Volunteer at the grassroots level in the South as specified at points b, c, d, Clause 1, Article 112;- Health examination certificate according to current regulations.

Additionally, TNXP is also entitled to production and business loan policies. To be specific:

- The People's Committee at the commune level is responsible for preparing and confirming the list of grassroots youth volunteers in the South who are eligible for production and business loan policies as stipulated in Article 7 of Decree 112 according to Form No. 12 in the Appendix issued together with Decree 112 and sending it to the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.- The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies is responsible for providing guidance on the documentation and procedures for production and business loans for subjects who are grassroots youth volunteers in the South, ensuring simplicity, convenience, and ease of implementation.
