Dossier for Resolving Labor Accident Compensation Policies in the Army

To address compensation policies for occupational accidents and diseases for employees working in the Army, the following documents are required:

1. The dossier is prepared in 03 sets:

- The employer retains 01 set;- The person who suffered a work accident or occupational disease (or the next of kin of the deceased employee) retains 01 set;- Submit 01 set to the policy agency of the unit directly under the Ministry for inspection, management, or submission to the competent authority for decision on the implementation of policies. To be specific:

2. Dossier for persons who suffered a work accident

- Accident investigation report from the regiment level (or equivalent) or higher.- Assessment report on the reduction of working capacity due to a work accident by the competent Medical Assessment Council.- Scene examination report and site map of the traffic accident (copy) in cases where the traffic accident is determined as a work accident.- Death notice or Death certificate in case of death, or Court declaration of death in case of disappearance.- Compensation or allowance decision.

3. Dossier for persons who suffer from occupational disease

- Periodic health examination records; medical records and treatment of occupational disease (if any); Record determining the hazardous environment.- Record determining the death of an employee due to occupational disease by the Forensic Authority or assessment report determining the degree of working capacity reduction due to occupational disease by the competent Medical Assessment Council.- Certificate of HIV exposure due to occupational accident for employees who are infected with HIV due to occupational accidents to benefit from occupational disease policies.- Compensation decision by the competent authority.
