- A request document from the head of the central technical agency under the Ministry of Defense;- Vehicle registration declaration (not applicable in cases of reissuance of license plates);- Report from the driver or the person assigned with management duties (with the confirmation of the commander of the regiment-level unit or higher);- Decision of the competent authority regarding the disciplinary actions in case of violations;- Registration plates, vehicle registration certificates (in case of damage).
