Dossier for Enrollment Registration According to the Admission Nomination Policies

This is a notable content stipulated in Circular 17/2016/TT-BQP issued by the Ministry of National Defense on March 11, 2016.

Circular 17 prescribes that the uniform usage according to the application form for university, college, and military intermediate school admissions issued by the Military Enrollment Committee of the Ministry of National Defense, additionally, the following documents must be provided:

- A copy of the birth certificate.- A copy of the high school graduation diploma (a temporary graduation certificate for candidates who have not yet been issued a graduation diploma).- A copy of the high school transcript.- Certificates proving eligibility for priority consideration for selection.- A residence confirmation certificate issued by the Chief of Police of the commune, ward, or commune-level town with authority (must clearly state the time of residence in the locality).- An uncertified photocopy of the decision and the name page of the locality where the candidate resides in the designated selection area.

Note, in the case of newly divided or merged communes, a photocopy of the decision by the competent authority must be provided and clearly noted in the Remarks section of the unit's proposed list.
