Dossier for Direct Participation in Ministry-Level S&T Tasks Consists of What?

The application dossier for participating in the selection process and directly assigning Ministry-level S&T tasks is stipulated in detail by Circular 01/2016/TT-UBDT as follows:

- Notarized copy of the Certificate of Registration for S&T Activities of the organization registering to lead the S&T task.- Application to lead the implementation of the S&T task.- Explanation of the S&T task. Each Ministry-level S&T task is chaired by an individual, with team members participating in the research and one member serving as the scientific secretary.- Summary of the S&T activities of the organization registering to lead the implementation of the S&T task.- Scientific resume of the individual registering to chair and the individuals registering to mainly participate in the research of the S&T task, with confirmation from the personnel management agency.- Scientific resume of domestic experts; scientific resume of foreign experts.- Written confirmation of the agreement of organizations and individuals registering to cooperate in implementing the S&T task.- Written confirmation of the use of research results of the S&T task by units under the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs.- Document proving capacity and mobilization of funds from other sources.- Quotation for assets, equipment, and materials needed for the implementation of the S&T task.- Results of information search on related S&T tasks.
