The Supreme People’s Court issued Decision 126/QD-TANDTC on April 6, 2023, announcing the list of fully expired legislative documents within the jurisdiction of the Supreme People's Court.
To be specific, 13 legislative documents will fully expire under the Supreme People’s Court from April 6, 2023.
According to the List issued with Decision 126/QD-TANDTC on April 6, 2023, the following legislative documents will fully expire under the Supreme People’s Court sector from April 6, 2023:

To be specific, according to Article 154 of the Law on Promulgation of legislative documents 2015, legislative documents fully or partially expire in the following cases:
- The effective duration stated in the document ends.
- Amended, supplemented, or replaced by new legislative documents from the same state agency that issued the document.
- Abolished by a document from a competent state agency.
- When a legal normative document expires, the detailed implementing document also simultaneously expires.
